What you receive
The Implementation Sprint takes one validated workflow and builds it into a working, documented, staff-ready business process.
What this is
This is a fixed-scope engagement. One workflow, clear acceptance criteria, documented human review points, and a handover at the end. It is not an open-ended build.
Integration scope
Up to two light integrations may be included, subject to the audit findings. An integration is only included where the system has an available API, clear authentication, accessible data, and defined scope. GrowIT will not connect any system to any other system without confirming this first.
Human review
Every Implementation Sprint includes explicit human review points. GrowIT does not build automated workflows that make decisions affecting customers, pricing, or commitments without a person reviewing the output.
