What you receive
The Prototype Sprint builds one bounded, testable AI workflow so you can evaluate whether the approach works in your business before committing to a full implementation.
What a prototype is for
A prototype answers one question: does this actually work for us? It is not a production system. It is a controlled test — built to realistic standards, evaluated against clear criteria, and handed over with a recommendation.
What gets built
The prototype covers one workflow with a clear input and a clear output. Examples include an AI-assisted quote draft, an enquiry triage and reply, a meeting summary workflow, or a document extraction test.
The build includes tool configuration, sample prompts or process instructions, test cases, and a demonstration for the relevant staff.
What the handover includes
At the end of the sprint, you receive a handover note that covers what was built, how it performed, where it struggled, and whether it is worth implementing. That is the decision point — not a sales pitch for the next engagement.
